This service is based on the Nimbiz.com Instant Edit Tool. The tool has been designed to help businesses and the public alike get a web site quickly, easily and economically.

The Gallery (or Gallery Magic) is a module of Nimbiz but it also runs as a stand-alone product. Its main purpose is to allow easy management of digital images for presentation on a web site.

When you register for the first time, as with Nimbiz, you will create a site based on the design layout of your choice at a sub-domain of our site. In other words your web address will be www.gallerymagic.com/yourname for example. You can decide what to call your sub-domain during registration.

Registration is free and we will give you free use of our service in it's cut down trial form for 90 days. During this period you can experiment and share your images with your friends.

Gallery magic allows you to upload (that is publish on your web site) any kind of image (subject to our acceptable use policy) provided it has been prepared correctly. This can be holiday snaps taken with your digital camera or scanned in from prints; or maybe you are an artist and you want to share (even sell) your painting online; perhaps you want to commemorate a special day such as a wedding or christening, or just remind your friends what they did at last night's party!

As a trial member you will notice advertising on your site and some features will be limited. You will only be allowed to upload images totalling not more than 5MB. Other features such as password protection and sound annotation will not be enabled during the trial either.

To take advantage of these features and expanded storage limits^* you will need to upgrade. Upgrading is easy and cheap. For a one time only fee (£49.94) you can upgrade. We will even register a '.co.uk' domain name for use exclusively with your site. Once upgraded you will instantly be able to take advantage of the advanced features.

To build your gallery you will first create an album. This allows you to categorize sets of images. You can add as many images as you choose to each album providing you do not exceed your limit. In turn, you can then add up to 5 fields of information about each image such as date, time, location, people or any other information you want to add. You can even upload sound files to annotate each image.

All in all you can create and maintain a professional and easy to use picture album that will keep your visitors, friends and family checking back all the time.
